Paula Weigel is an exceptional Realtor. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She showed us a house in Bayard, IA. We put an offer on it. Being that we lived out of State in Washington, all the paper work that had to be signed was done online. She went right to work, gathered all the information from the other Agent, set us up with a home inspector and appraiser. After we looked over the home inspection, the house did not work for us. That didn't stop Paula, we continued to look at houses on Zillow and she would recommend houses for us to look into. She is very attentive to her clients, she listens and is available to answer any questions that we had. When she would go look at houses for us or gather information, she was never turned off. I never had to wait a long time for anything. I mentioned to Paula if you cannot see yourself living/owning a house we are interested in, that house is not for me.
